So How do you make a profit from Koi. This question is very easy, you sell them at a massive profit, here are some calculations that we use in the koi farm and they may vary a tiny bit dependant on temperature outside but only 10-20%.

If you hatch 50000 Koi and grow them to 2-3" it will normally take between 16-20 weeks dependant on temperature.
